HOW TO START YOUR FRANCHISE

We make our franchise application easy as possible.

  • REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
    ✔ 2 Valid Government-Issued IDs
    ✔ SOA (Statement of Account) or Bank Statement/Proof of Income
    ✔ A proposed location with exact coordinates
  • FRANCHISE APPLICATION
    ✔ Franchise Application Form available on our website or your designated marketing agent.
    ✔ Submit the Franchise Application Form along with the required documents for initial review.
  • APPLICATION REVIEW
    ✔ Your application will be reviewed by our Approval Department Team.
    ✔ You will receive a notification regarding the status of your application.
  • APPROVAL NOTIFICATION
    Once approved, you will be notified and provided with further instructions to proceed.
  • FRACHISE FEE PAYMENT
    ✔ After receiving approval, pay the Franchise Fee in full to reserve your target location.
    ✔ Payment can be made via Cash, Check, or Bank Deposit as per the instructions given in the approval notification.
  • FRACHISE CONTRACT
    ✔ Upon payment, the Franchise Contract will be issued for you to review and sign.
    ✔ The signed contract must be notarized and returned to Tako Zodiac PH.
  • TRAINING AND PREPARATION
    ✔ Attend the scheduled Training and Franchise Seminar.
    ✔ Logistics Team of Tako Zodiac PH team for the delivery schedule of equipment and supplies.

    Franchise orders amounting to ₱ 80,000 or more within cavite and NCR will qualify for free shipment.
    Orders amounting to ₱ 150,000 or more from other areas in the Philippines, exluding Cavite and NCR, will quality or free shipment.
  • ZONING POLICY
